Converzion is a powerful open-source unit conversion application which can convert over 150 different units incredibly quickly. The current version is 2.0, which you can download from the link below.

Converzion 2.0 installer package
Click here to download a quick and easy installer package for Converzion 2.0, which installs Converzion on your computer for you. You don't need anything else installed for it to work (apart from Windows, obviously).
Converzion 2.0 source code and files
If you want to modify Converzion or make it run on another operating system, you can download the source files from here. You'll need Python and wxPython installed to run it this way.
Programming languages
Converzion 1.0's main program is written entirely in Python, with the external help files coded in HTML. The GUI utilised the wxPython module, a wrapper around the C++ GUI tool wxWidgets.
